SERVICE ADVISOR

URGENTLY REQUIRED SERVICE ADVISOR FOR AUTOMOTIVE DEALER IN CALICUT

• Greeting customers and helping them to determine repairs and relevant costs
• Maintaining up to date knowledge about their employers range of services and contacting customers to update them about their vehicles repair status
• scheduling appointments and helping the customer determine what services they may need based on vehicle maintenance issues.
• Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs
• Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Educational qualification- Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Automobile engineering/ Btech Mechanical engineering or Auto mobile engineering
• Experience required - Minimum 2 yearA as service advisor
• Candidates preferred location- Calicut
